When the gas installations are completed, we take pride in looking after and maintaining your industrial, commercial and domestic gas appliances. Our commercial gas service contracts and labour inclusive planned preventative maintenance contracts  offer you peace of mind, with the knowledge that your appliances are being serviced and maintained properly, and as standard, we offer breakdown repair cover, 24Hrs a day, 7 days a week. We also offer bespoke industrial, commercial or domestic gas service contracts. 

We can provide an industrial, commercial or domestic gas appliance service and maintenance agreement for you, with annual or bi-annual servicing and planned preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring optimum performance and maximum efficiency, with the aim of reducing overall repairs costs and 'down-time'. Your industrial, commercial or domestic gas appliances will be stripped & cleaned as and when required, and we'll replace the parts that need replacing (if any), so that inconvenient breakdowns are kept to a minimum. By doing so, we minimise downtime for your business. If required, we will provide gas safety records for your needs & requirements to keep you legal. We can also provide industrial and commercial gas installation safety reports. Upon doing so, we will carry out a thorough inspection of your complete gas installation, and provide you with a detailed gas installation safety report and certificate when completed. We will also notify you of any remedial works which may be required. Should you require a Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate (CP12), then our expert gas engineers are qualified and competent to check a vast selection of industrial, commercial and domestic gas appliances, and Landlord's Gas Safety checks can be carried out alongside servicing of your industrial, commercial or domestic gas appliances or separately.
